Combat Physician
(2 items) Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka
(3 items) Adds 833 Spell Critical
(4 items) Adds 833 Spell Critical
(5 items) When you critically heal a friendly target, you grant them a damage shield that absorbs 8195 damage for 6 seconds. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds.

Livewire
(2 items) Adds 4% Healing Taken
(3 items) Adds 1206 Maximum Health
(4 items) Adds 4% Healing Taken
(5 items) When you take damage, you have a 25% chance to overload your circuits, applying Concussion to enemies within 8 meters of you and healing for 1000 Health for each enemy hit. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.

Defiler
(2 items) Adds 129 Weapon Damage
(3 items) Adds 833 Weapon Critical
(4 items) Adds 833 Weapon Critical
(5 items) When you deal Critical Damage, you have an 8% chance to summon a Hunger that spews poison to all enemies in front of it, dealing 6000 Poison Damage and stunning any enemy hit for 5 seconds. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds.

The Troll King
(1 item) Adds 2% Healing Done
(2 items) When you heal a friendly target, if they are still below 50% Health, their Health Recovery is increased by 1548 for 10 seconds.

Engine Guardian
(1 item) Adds 129 Health Recovery
(2 items) When you use an ability, you have a 10% chance to summon a dwemer automation to restore 1204 Health, Stamina, or Magicka every 0.5 seconds for 6.5 seconds.

How often will these topics be published?

Since this is a kind of weekly, I think it would be better to remove information like guides (at least non-original reprinted copies; there is nothing wrong with weekly summary of guides), reset time (it is constant), some large indents and hide optional information in spoilers (set details, screens of luxury furnitures, pledges).

I have actually been doing it for quite a while for my guild but only posted it to the forum when some guildies said they dont do facebook.

So yes, every weekend is not a problem.
