Xbox NA here, I'm sure many of you have experienced the bug where the skill displays that the spectral bow is ready to fire, however when you recast the skill it simply recasts the timed buff rather than casting the spectral bow. This is a legacy issue that has been broken since before Morrowind, it's time for a fix.
