This plus a lot of so called "trash" sets. Some of the 3 piece jewelry/weapon sets make for very interesting builds if you craft them correctly. Right now I'm having loads of fun experimenting with eagle-eye and grace of the ancients. Shacklebreaker. Good standard set.
Hunding’s Rage. Good standard set.
Kagrenacs. My pug life set for my templar healer back in the day. First thing I ever golded.
Morkuldin. The animated sword is such a derpy lil dude.
Sellistrix. Knocking down a whole crowd of mobs with the earthquake sound is so satisfying. Fits my dk like a glove. No flashy effects while wearing it and blends in nicely with his toolkit.
Robes of the Withered Hand. All the babies find a use for this in their Alikr training stage. Just good noob set.
Gryphons Ferocity. Makes stylish gold feathers and streaks fly off your arms.
Briarheart. Makes a sound like CHA-CHING and give golden arm bands made of thorns.

The sheer number of build possibilities if this were buffed to make Hybrids truly viable...
I wish it reflected the higher of every Weapon _ or Spell _ stat onto the lower. It does damage, but it should do crit and penetration, too. And even resistance; that could make it interesting for some builds! Hybrids would still need to split damage type modifiers, max magicka/stamina, and magicka/stamina regeneration, which is plenty as a "hybrid tax".

✭Moondancer for many reasons. I love it for the good old days we used 4 pieces of it. I love it because it can actually be the only grind i never got bored of (loving memory of Maw of Lorkhaj). I love it because it feels quite unique with the way it works. ✭✭✭Favor set is julianos. It's a little out dated but it's simple, reliable and effects everything (by that I mean no conditions like ss where it only effects 1 target)
Also really like any of those sets that effect 11 other group members. I was "raised" (leveled to max) by essentially one guild and we had a philosophy of it's better to help out the group than to be good or able to kill alot of players.
Phoenix is another set I like the idea behind but wish was better -

✭Iceheart. I don't know why really. But I like the way how the proc looks, the sound and all. I think it was the first complete Monster set I ever had too, or if it was Sellistrix. I think it's my favorite. Another one is Briarheart, much of the same reason. But that's a good set in general.
