Infinite load screen on charater load.

The last 3-4 days I often can't get my character to load in the sever much of the time. Sometimes it loads, but if the first time since the game is running or the next try it the loading screen just keeps going for several minutes. the ESO symbol just keeps spinning smoothly when usually it stutters which tells me its working. It seems like RNG whether I can get on the server or not. I am not loading through steam.
