About CP on different megaservers.

No, unfortunately CP isn't shared between servers. Afaik only certain account unlocks are shared between servers: certain pets and mounts for example.

The only things shared between servers are upgrades purchased outside of the game.

So for example someone who bought the Gold Edition - which includes the first 4 DLC - will have those on both servers. Someone who bought the Guilds and Glory pack in the crown store - which includes the exact same DLC - will only have it on the server they were logged into when they bought it.

Likewise if you buy Morrowind Collectors Edition from the ESO website you'll have the dwarven horse and dog and the warden costume on both servers, if you buy it thought the crown store you'll only have them on the one server.

It's perhaps worth adding - as some get upset over their misunderstanding of this - that you have a single tally of crowns across the servers, so if you start with say 1,000 crowns on the NA server and then play on the EU server where you spend 250 crowns you now have 750 crowns on both servers. You don't have a separate pool of crowns on each server. You have to buy things separately on both servers but from a single tally of crowns.
