New player needing help reading combat metrics please

So I'm a new player on PC. Went to the pts and made a breton magblade. Did a static 3 bow rotation and then did a dynamic roto. They look the same to me, (the dynamic roto had about 4k more dps of course) but other than that and twisting path being a little higher on the list at the bottom that was about it.
What are some things that I need to look for in comparing abilities, gear, and rotation? Where can I find the uptime % on blockade, cripple, and twisting. Any help would be appreciated by this noob. Heres a screen shot of a parse...
