Does it make any sense to think about breton sorc for tanking after the next update?

I mean magsorc with ice staff sounds interesting given the coming breton sustain at a first glance.
What sets would complement such build the best?

Race has just never been a deal breaker for tanks. One of the best tanks in the game played a Khajiit for ages. I think that bretons are more viable after the changes for sure. A lot of tanks go for high health, stamina>magic, and good magic regen. Their recovery will be mighty useful for a lot of things tanks like to spam.

As to the sorc part of the equation, they are fine for most 4 man stuff at as tanks, but you are going to struggle to get a trial group to take you seriously.

As to sets, bad tanks wear sets that boost their own stats and resistances. Good tanks wear sets that benefit their group. Alkosh, Ebon, Torugs, Dragonguard, are all obvious choices (there are certainly others).
