The WB Griffons in Summerset can fight, take-off, fly around, land and fight again. The only mechanic missing is the strafing run with Dragon breath.

They don't really fly around, it's their animation. Their hitbox is still on the ground.

I wonder if they will fly up to perch on stuff up high.

In Dragon's Dogma, the super dragon would do that and rain down fireballs.
