Error 1002 - OSError_AccessInvalid?

Tried to update this morning, get 25% of the way through and I get a message - Error 1002 - OSError_AccessInvalid. I then have the option to repair instead of play. Steam (can't verify files option), NA/PC. Is this going to reinstall my game if I repair? Asking because that's what was going to happen a week ago and suddenly Steam fixed things. My 'net speed will mean 3-4 days to re-download everything. Submitting a help ticket momentarily. Any thoughts from ya'll?

✭✭✭✭It takes some time, but not even close to downloading the whole game and packages. At least that's what happens in cases I need to repair.
