Error 1002 - OSError_AccessInvalid?

Tried to update this morning, get 25% of the way through and I get a message - Error 1002 - OSError_AccessInvalid. I then have the option to repair instead of play. Steam (can't verify files option), NA/PC. Is this going to reinstall my game if I repair? Asking because that's what was going to happen a week ago and suddenly Steam fixed things. My 'net speed will mean 3-4 days to re-download everything. Submitting a help ticket momentarily. Any thoughts from ya'll?

Thanks! my main concern is the length of time this will take though. Does repairing take about as long as downloading?

It takes some time, but not even close to downloading the whole game and packages. At least that's what happens in cases I need to repair.
