[PC Na Vivec] Warden class & in-combat bug

I know it has been addressed already and i know that some hamster at zos is working on it but....srsly?
In the past two weeks playing warden in cyso has been impossible for me.
Every once in a while (let's say every half an hour?) my toon get stuck in combat and i cant do shi* about.
Can't transit, can't open mail, cant change skills cant even log out.
The only way for me to get out of the in combat bug is to shut the game and log back in, hoping im still in vivec.
This happens _only_ with my warden, my sorc and magdk are unaffected (or better, they are, but swapping bar fixes the bug)
