Battlegrounds doesn't fully load sometimes

It happens most often with the BG in Wrothgar. Sometimes I'll get an infinite loading screen. Sometimes the game will start but not all the terrain will load. Just now, on a different location, the map loaded fine but there was missing sound, skills, animations, and players were blacked out.
