Order to play ALL the major DLC's?

Finished Morrowind DLC with the Morang tong assassin group, I really liked it, but when I do the option to
Save Veya
at the end, Naryu talks about sending her to summerset, I then google what happens to Veya since I played Summerset, and they talk about Veya turning to became a cultist for Nocturnal? So now im curious about the entire story of ESO, since I feel like its all connected. Excluding minor DLC's like Orsinium, Dark brotherhood and thieves guild. What is the correct order to play all the major storylines?

    1. Base game/Imperial City
    2. Orsinium
    3. Dark Brotherhood
    4. Morrowind
    5. Clockwork City
    6. Summerset
    7. Murkmire (some people said it takes place after Summerset, but I didn't catch any references myself in my playthrough)

Whenever you want (but after the main story):
    - Craglorn
    - Thieves Guild

Even some of the "minor" DLC are conencted, for example:

    Orsinium:
-The Prophet comes to you at the end and tells you that you need to go to Morrowind and the Clockwork City to confront a new threat known as the Daedric Triad.
-You also find a book from Darien during the last quest in Orsinium. It references his disappearence at the end of the base game and it makes clear that it was sent from the Coloured Rooms (Meridia's realm).

    Dark Brotherhood:
    - Gabrielle will have additional dialogue for you if you read Darien's book in Orsinium
    - A prophecy read to Naryu at the end of the DLC reveals Veya's fate in Summerset

Since you started with Morrowind, that's the beginning to the Daedric Wars Arc. That's Morrowind -> Clockwork City -> Summerset.

The base game zones will be the Planemeld arc. It starts with meeting the Hooded Figure at your Alliance's starting city, and will take you on a grand adventure from there that spans all three Alliances through Cadwell's Silver and Gold. For the actual order of zones, check out the link that theyancey posted - it goes into more detail.

Both are awesome stories and I hope you enjoy them!

Sorry to Necro this thread but on the subject of Murkmire coming after Summerset it can actually come after Morrowind or Summerset. Here's why.
While traipsing throught the rain forest in Murkmire I came across a side quest with a Dark Elf woman, it was the Foreman that gives you the blessing stone at the start of the quest line.

When you receive your reward in Vivec city her wife talks about taking a vacation. They're on vacation in Murkmire.

Look I appreciate that ZOS wants to prioritize player freedom - but in cases like these it would be nice if there was a toggle system for railroading the story vs going freeform.

(It would certainly make it easier for new players first run)
