I want to ensure I am understanding this correctly. Will the 20 percent changes impact flat spell damage and sustain additions or only base stats?

✭It is only for Magic Health, and Stamina stats. NOT for regeneration, damage, cost reduction, etc...
Currently the 20% buff apply to all magic, health, and stamina 1st - 4th set bonuses, enchantments and base.
With the update, this 20% will be applied to magic, health, and stamina for food stats, the 5th piece set bonuses, and racial passives.
