i sent cosmetic hairstyles to a friend ( sur61n9b1rd ) at a cost of 1000 crowns , i then watched as they claimed the gift , but it has not become active on their account . i would either like the gift sorted or a refund of the 1000 crowns returned to my account 9 youfilthyape ) .

Trikie_Dik✭✭✭Do you see the gift in your receipts? Go to the crown store, then select the gifts tab, then check your "SENT" node to see if it shows up in there.
If so, double check the @ name you sent it to and ensure there is proper spelling and information. If its not there, check your personal collectables and see if its in your library - maybe it some how accidently went to a self purchase rather then a gift purchase when the order was processed (It could be by you, or could be by a system mistake - not blaming anyone just putting up a few things you can check in house wile waiting on an official response)
