Screen froze while in Cloudrest, game crashed, now for the last half hour the login fails. Rebooted computer twice. Can log into the forums but when trying to log into my account I get a "Connection timed out" message. This has never happened before. Connection is usually very stable. Any ideas?

✭✭FWIW, I did look at those trouble shooting steps. When I got to "Forward the game ports" (like the average person is going to know how to check and configure ports in a router?), I just said "Yeah, right." So I submitted a ticket to customer support. I just shut things down and did something else. When I got up the next morning I could log in just fine.
After I could log back in I heard customer support. They said this kind of login error usually resolves itself in a few hours to a day. Doesn't really explain much, but I guess they were right.
