Not my equipment, i did all my updates, i'm in 4G+ (I have 79 ping in PVE) and weather is pretty good for a 2 february

It could be, I will agree with you there. However, I can say that I experience the same pro lems on Vivec. So in addition to the points you brought up, it must be server side as well.2 -

no you are assuming servers are sick because you are having issues which I can understand the frustration but there is nothing in this world which works perfectly all the time.
There are ways to get help by submitting a ticket but lose the hostile attitude first; if that doesn't work you can always protest by canceling sub or stopping the game all together. This is not something I personally would do but then again I play all the time with no issues; there is no game which doesn't suffer from problems in one form or the other the trick is not to get angry but to get constructive and if all else fails well when I personally am not having fun I leave with no fanfare.
I wish you luck and hopefully things will get worked out to a better situation with the new updates and content incoming.

There are also tons of seasoned players that their biggest killer is a skill not firing off in time or at all. Competent people rational enough to have checked their end of things.
