ZoS/HELPDESk/WHOMSOEVER refuses to delete my eso account despite multiple requests to do so

so ince they refuse to delete my eso account, my only option left is to be permanently banned.

So i guess i should try to sell my account in zone chat and hope someone reports me

or sell it here?


there seem to be no other options other than civil litigation... which will be my next step.

Change your password to a random jumble of letters and numbers you'll never remember, then log out.
That would achieve the same result.

It's a reasonable request to have your account permanently deleted. Who knows how things are linked together on ZoS's end with personal information and an in-game account. If I were leaving permanently I would actually make a similar request. The problem is, there is no proof that anything was actually deleted shall they grant your request. I am sure all your information will remain stored on their servers, and in their backups for many years to come. Good luck, and don't hold your breathe.
