BG queue is broken

This morning I decided to waste my time in PvP. So I queue for cyro, then I queue for BGs to have some variety and maybe meet some cancer premades like I usually do at my MMR. I go around doing some pvdoor in cyro, 1vx some noobs at brindle, have lunch, zerg around cyro some more, have dinner, and then my friend calls me to go BGs together.
All this time I've been keeping an eye on my BG queue, and before I grouped with my friend I just had to take a screenshot.
ZOS, fix this, I want less than 5min queues to be a thing again, even at high mmr

Pyr0xyrecuprotite✭✭✭✭✭Try queue for BGs when you are NOT in Cyro. It pops for me in a minute or less, every time. (PC/NA - you should probably specify your platform/server)

grkkll✭✭✭✭It was crocked in EU last night. I ended up soloing against 2 4s and naturally failing. I kept going only to avoid 20 min penalty. Today its been group formed.... person declined over and over again. When I did get in I was in group of 2 vs another 2 and a 4 from the start...try again tomorrow

Agalloch✭✭✭✭✭BG queue is broken, dungeon queue is broken, group finder is broken , after the software installation they told us about.
And 5 year celebration will have at the 4th week undaunted pledges event

teladoy✭✭✭✭✭They don't really care about pvp. They only interest is to create more content and DLC and etc to make money, not to fix mechanics that are already in the game and don't work as intended or properly.
For example i'm tired of:
1) Have to accept 300 times to go inside of a battleground because the forming group disband.
2) Have to wait like 5 minutes when it says forming group to then disband and have to go in the queue again.
3) go inside of a buggy bg that doesn't start and the only way is quit for the battleground and be penalized for 15 minutes.
4) leavers that are not being replaced.2
