Its far past time to actually deal with the ever increasing volume of items needing to be held or banked or stowed for future usage. Last years "storage chests" was merely a band-aid on a long term issue storage. At a very minimum some of the storage issue could be lessened by simply changing the caps on stack counts. As an example soul gems current stack limit is 200 increasing this to 999 as it does not add another digit in the data base and frees up slots. You can not continue to add new armor and weapons and furniture items and recipies without raising the allowable limits on storage. I would like to see at guild banks storage to go to 999 personal bank storage to double and bag space increased by very minimum 20 slots per character or you could add an additional 39 slots to mount storage from 60 to 99. Stop gap measures only work if you fix the original problem. storage Must be increased by a significant number.
