Couple Of Cyro Bugs (PC/NA)

A couple of bugs here.
1. Was playing in Shor the other day on DC with emperor status. AD dethrones us yet we retained the health bonus. Also the Shor menu page said that there was no new emperor despite AD having all the ring keeps. There were so few players on that I did not even see an AD to get the chance to ask if they had gotten the health bonus as well.
2. Im not sure if this is a new feature or not. But shortly after being dethroned we went to take Dragclaw keep and the archers were using draining shot (or at least the knockback was present) and also snipe. No there wasn't a bow ganker hiding. I saw this coming from one of the archer guards and this was off hours so there was literally almost no one around. I definitely don't remember them having access to draining shot, but I could be wrong.
