title says it already. As you seem to make changes to Guild pvp that sometimes are stupidly strong and sometimes really underperforming or as Speed nerf probably gonna be a big isssue for that playstyle; why dont you make a Guild pvp rep?
could do the same for smallscale and solo Gameplay aswell...sometimes it Looks for me like havent got the ideas to solve the real Problem.
what do you guys as endgame Guild Groups, solo Players or smallscalers think About this?

That you should suck it up and either provide reasonable feedback that you back up with numbers (e.g. "An in-depth approach to why ball groups should never be subject to slows and roots and have a 100% uptime on major expedition while no-one else has") or just stop crying and start to adapt.

Like he said.
I can't believe you don't understand how much you have to compromise to have Rapids as an actual useful skill.
If you are a Designated speed-giver you sacrifice all damage / healing and so forth to keep the group mobile.
A setup like that is not usable in a Scenario outside of raids. You dump everything into a specific special factor.
So the Statement "suck it up, you guys are not immortal anymore" shows that you think it takes basicly no Effort to have a Team of players that all compromise on their builds to boast the most effective team Composition.
People who form highly organised groups get punished. Why?
Shouldnt a Team that min maxes everything not be Stronger than some random bow-light attacking zergling?
It's almost like no one has ever played a team sport. Does the quarterback put on big hits? I apologise if the analogy is poor because I'm not a yank, but my understanding is he's a playmaker. Playmaker's job is not to put on or take the big hits, that's not why they're hired, it's their job to make plays that are to put the team in a position to score, in any code of football.
Regardless if my understanding of gridiron is poor, it's the principle. It's teamwork. Every member has their role. If they do it, the team is successful.
Plus, if two groups are running rapids the combat tends to be mobile, tactical and fun. As opposed to a snare/root competition.
