Eastmarch (Cadwells Silver)
I need to talk to Sena Aralor to start the Vampire quest line (which is tied to the main story line as you need to help the Argonian Stormy-eyes by bringing some Vampire blood).
Anyway, back with Sena.
She is not standing in front or on top of the rocky outcrop, but inside of it.
(Note: I managed to glitch inside the rock and talk to her, which brought her out of her shell, but it took some time to find the right spot to squeeze inside the landscape).
