Battlegrounds broken - what a surprise to absolutely no one (except ZOS).

PC/EU.
- Queued into random Battlegrounds
- Got into a Domination match in Red Mountain Quarry (or whatever it's called)
- "Cannot determine compatible region" briefly appearing in the top-right corner
- Teams never fill up: green has 1 player max., purple has up to 3 players, red is a full team.
- Players drop out and others join but the game never starts (because green never has more than 1 player).
- This same BG was up for over two hours (and counting).
- First time I joined, I was on red and quit after 5 minutes nothing happening and changed char.
- After 30 minutes, I re-logged, re-queued, and got into the exact same non-starting match, this time on purple. Quit after 7 minutes, quit the game.
- Tried again later when the penalty was up, got into the exact same match on purple again.
- Waited 20 minutes, re-queued and finally got to see the green team of this exact same match - alone, of course, because green never went beyond 1 player. Quit for good after 10 minutes (most of which were spent writing bug reports).
CAN WE GET AT LEAST AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THIS EFFING BUG IS BEING LOOKED INTO? NOT BY THE COMMUNITY TEAM BUT BY PEOPLE ACTUALLY QUALIFIED TO FIX THIS?
Your game does not work. Shouldn't you do something about that?

I've submitted about 20 tickets with regards to a BG bug, and never once in 18 months gotten a single reply or acknowledgment.0

JackAshes✭✭✭Was in that same Que 2 times last night! Lost 40 mins of playing time because of that bug. I finally had to switch characters so I could get into a match and select a specific game mode so it would not force me in a 3rd time! Could not play the character I wanted to play because of lockouts. Could not complete my random daily for BGs.
If they are going to allow this bug to continue they at least remove the lock out if you wait 5 or more minutes for a match to start.
Come on ZOS game breaking bug lets MAN up and own the issue!1
