Would this be better to have racial passives done this way?

Perhaps have racial passives the way ZOS wants them lore wise. However, also have the player choose a home zone that would give them additional passives particular to that zone. Like a High Elf raised in the Alik’r would receive some stamina based passive or bonus to using a sword. Maybe a Bosmer raised in Glenumbra would have bonus damage against werewolves and so on.. thoughts?

Or maybe racial passives must not have such huge numbers(or directly affect stats) that race+class combination is actually play such big role in choosing character race, don't even talk about obvious gap of usefulness between some race passives.

We already have something similar and its called mundus stones. No need for more free stats. I dont see the point.

I see your point but as it’s stated, extra free stats? Not really going to help with the power creep that we all are trying to solve

General idea with passives is not bad.
Branching passives for magicka and stamina and maybe even health would be interesting.

How about cutting back on some racial passives in order to give players a more diverse selection in the different home zones to avoid power creep? It seems people want more options in making their character. Not something cookie cutter.

People should get ready for incoming nerfs all year. If they’re rethinking the CP system we already know that’s gonna mean big changes and they aren’t going to be buffs.
