Alfiq
The Alfiq are described of being similar to a housecat and unable to speak common language, but able to understand spoken words. Khajiit of this breed are also suspected to be spellcasters. Alfiq wear clothing, but as they are unable to put it on themselves, they have others do it for them, or use magic to put them on themselves.
Alfiq-raht
Nothing is known of the Alfiq-raht. Following the principle of -raht usually meaning a breed of bigger stature, they might be just stronger and taller than Alfiq.

I think the Alfiq are best suited as spies. Who will suspect a house cat from listening in to a conversation?
I'm also not convinced they can talk as OP claims. I could be wrong. But I do recall reading lore that suggests they do not talk.They understand language and have a very keen intellect, equal to any other khajiit but cannot talk, at least not in normal words.
