For me easily the best music in the game.
There's some great music in the game, but this one stands out for me.
And it would be great if Jeremy Soule could do some music for the 5th anniversary, even though I like what the musicians did/do now, his music is Elder Scrolls to me.

@Amanuensis That honestly was the exact same reaction I had! xD It just stopped me in my tracks and I sat there, listening.
I will definitely check out the other songs you mentioned. Oblivion was my introduction to the TES universe and it remains my favourite to this day.

I remember falling asleep and waking up to this song so many times in my early years of playing ESO.

I fall asleep to the music box in my ESO home because it plays that song. Fantastic memories getting home each day and heating that music begin.

It drives me crazy that I can hear the song in High Rock but not on the soundtrack.

I really enjoy the music box from the Crown store that plays Blood and Glory. Set in the second room of the Alinor Crest townhouse I can hear it in the entire house.

I love a lot of the music in the game!

My favourite is an odd one in Coldharbour however! Flickering Shadows (I was lucky to find the name when I was answered by Brad in a reddit AMA!). When the theme kicks in at 2:22, its just awesome. Its a very quiet and slow track, but its got this sort of intriguing adventure feel to it, its dark as well, which matches Coldharbour and its odd beauty!

Gotta admit though. Nothing in ESO really touches Streets of Whiterun.

I remember playing ESO for the first time, exploring Auridon and hearing this for the first time. Oh, it was magical!

Especially the part at 1:04. I can't help but sing or hum along.
