Can I Pre-purchase Elswyr to get Summerset & Morrowind added to existing account?

pizzamanub17_ESO
I own just the base ESO game - haven't played in ages. I see the pre-purchase digital edition of Elswyr includes the base game + Summerset & Morrowind for $60. If I buy this, can I add all those to my existing account? Or does it only work for new accounts?

The option to get Elswyr digital upgrade for existing accounts is only $40 but doesn't seem to include the other expansions.

If I get back in, I'd obviously prefer to keep my existing characters and not start from scratch, but the lure of getting all the existing content is strong :)

    According to this: https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news/post/55537
the upgrades only have the Elsweyr chapter.
but the new account codes include those upgrades.

that said, before you get a whole new account.
Know that at this time Morrowind is considered a dlc and so is included if you get ESO+, since that gives you access to ALL the dlc's. Also its not unlikely that once Elsweyr goes live, Summerset gets turned in to a dlc too. meaning that would also be included. On top of that ESO+ also gets you the dungeon dlc's that are part of this 4 chapter story this year.

And if all that doesn't convince you to try ESO+, know that it also have the crafting bag, a bag that has unlimited space for your crafting materials. Saving you loads of inventory and bank space.

So try it out, and you'll never go back.
What are Natch Potes? Can you eat those?
    I believe in Genie-Gina.

I don't believe ESO+ gives you the Warden class though unless you use crowns.
