After removing my Redguard Racial buffs and reassessing it...Gilliam...

Gave redguard a buff... =/...on paper looks like crap but...if I am looking at this correctly... Even without the redguard worthless racial stats that we currently have... so long as I don't stack stamina out the butt...There is no difference in power...and my stamina recov still stays high..aparently my stam recov wasn't high enough for the 9% to even matter.....

I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE CHANGES!!!!
