Mods to consoles, soon maybe??

So i was watching the Elsywer announment and dont remember when it said it, but i think it was in the post show, it kind of sounded like maybe Zos is working on bringing mods to consoles. Ol Rich said not yet when asked about mods on consoles, which makes me think it might be coming eventually.
Some of the things they are implementing look promising, like the new guild trader feature, but not enough to bring me back to the game.
I atempted to start from scratch on pc, but just couldnt get into it having spent years playing on the console, but those few days i played on pc, the mods were heavenly.
Since i havent been playing eso i bought a switch and breath of the wild. Looks like ill keep playing it for awhile, until we get mods on console or the ability to transfer our toons to pc.
What do you guys think?
