Healer's back bar staff

i got perfect olorime inferno, i want to use it but most of healers using lightning staff at backbar, im using lightning it too but can i use flame staff for backbar? will be any difference? because im using only elemental drain on backbar, not using blockade.

Have other healer in trial use storm blockade instead of yourself and then you can make due unless you split up in group.
