    Lol, main stealth snipers are receiving huge buff to their mobility and keep their stamina while others lose it, so why should they cry? probably those are cries of desperation those who can't catch them now and will have even less chance to catch them if those changes goes live.

    If you find one gl catching him/her..this will just make ganking especially snipe ganking easier
