Granted, it seems like generally people enjoy complaining about the game or the dev's, I want to state that over the years there have been many instances of the game being changed for the better, and many times to player requested. I wanted to start this thread for people to describe some of the changes that they have seen for the better. This is not a thread to be sarcastic, or to complain about the usual things we have all seen as nauseam like pvp issues or crown stores etc.
Way back when, initially there were no champion points. Does anybody remember the Veteran Ranks? Thankfully, those are gone.
Housing was introduced (yay!). Housing had no storage (boo).

How about the original mount system? Trying to save gold to buy one horse, and the attributes weren't transferable?
Open world where we can now go anywhere without having to start Caldwell's quest?
How about them mudcrabs in Caldwell's that could be tougher than any boss and kicked our lvl 50 butts?
How about the outfit system where there was none before? We couldn't even color our armor.
Ooh, anybody remember constantly falling through floors and steps going into buildings?
Thank you to the ESO team for listening to us and improving the game. It us noticed even if it seems like people dont care.
These are just a few that come off the top of my head. Anybody else have things to share?
EDIT: let's not forget not having to open an undaunted chest hoping to get the correct weight and the correct trait before transmutation.
