BGs lobbies bugged?

I had no issues with my BGs lobbies in the first three days of the event. For context, all I have played is BGs and I've gotten over 2 million AP already during the event, so I have played a ton of BGs matches. Today, however, I have queued for about a dozen matches, but half of them result in joining a broken lobby that never fills. I waited for half an hour in one of these lobbies with no luck. As such, I am forced to log off of my character and wait out the 20 minute time out penalty for quitting a match. This is incredibly upsetting during a double AP event.
