Hirelings not sending mats anymore?

I haven't received hireling mats on any of my characters in three days now. Did something change about their mechanic? I only have level 2 hirelings but it should be once a day depending on when I log in with that character correct?

Nope and I checked anyway. My crafters all have 2/3 hireling.

They received the hireling mail the day after I reinstalled but that was days ago. Nothing since.

@Zaria 's pointing you the right direction. They're probably backlogged because of other mail.

The good news is, those mails never expire and will happily come rolling in when space is available.

You are logging in to the characters with the passives, right, as that is a requirement. Account login alone will not trigger the hireling mail.

I was going to mention this. The CHARACTER with the skill needs to actually log on or it doesn't trigger the email.

Necro power activate! I’m still not getting Hireling mail, with zero mail in my inbox and logged onto right character. I got my provisioning one, but none of the others

I have a different issue possibly but never got around to posting. The Velothril sisters email seems stuck and at first I thought it was part of the story. That Valyne had misconduct so they are processing the mail and for me to keep my discretion (guess I just broke it). Its been a few months now just getting the same message with my materials.

I have had the emails show up in groups so perhaps play the character for another 15 minutes or so.

And, the 24 hour timer means, if you got you Woodworker email at 4:10 PM yesterday, you have to wait until at least 4:10 today. Also, if you have multiple alts, this time can slip so say your 8th alt would be logged at 4:30 and not 4:10. So it is not when you start logging in, but when you log to each character. I did not explain that very well, but I think you get the idea.

This slippage is why most of us pick the Third Tier, not for the one extra mat slot, or the second email but the 12 hour timer means no matter what, we get an email on our first log of the day.

I'm not getting anything from the hirelings... Mailbox is empty, character with the passive logged in, over 24 hours have passed... What else could it be?

Are you in Cyrodiil? Apparently they don't deliver to you while you're in Cyrodiil-- which makes sense, I guess, since it's on a different server. When I was in Cyrodiil a lot for the last Cyrodiil-centered event, I noticed that I stopped getting my hireling mails. But when I left the front and returned to the normal server, things went back to normal.

That's actually working as intended. There's a finite number of messages for each hireling type and when you get to the end of all of them it just keeps repeating the last one.

They used to add more periodically, but I think the last time they did that was when Summerset was released.

Sometimes when I go to another zone the mail gets triggered.

I have noticed a few minute delay on some alts with getting mails. I can do all the crafting writs before i get any mails.

But you can get rewards for the worthy when you are not in Cyrodiil.
