Accessed it on two different accounts on both EU and NA without any issue whatsoever...

Had one slightly long loading screen exiting a delve in a capped campaign, but that was the only issue (and it cleared).

Queued into Kyne
Picked up scout quest for Warden Farm.
Wayshrined to Dclaw and ran to Farm to scout (My 5 speed mount )
Suicided at farm to port back to N.Gate
Turned in quest.
Wayshrined to Davon's Watch.

No crashes, no stress. Just boring, old Horse Simulator.

PSA: Vivec is not the only campaign. Even when pops looks low in Shor there is likely something happening.

Logged in, queue was 261 for Vivec PC-NA. That is my home campaign and we have 2 days left, so I don't want to play on a Guest campaign. Finally get in to Cyrodiil, go to BRK to join a fight at Sej......immediately once near Sej, everyone is frozen, and I'm logged out.

Great event, thanks ZOS. But the Crown store is working just fine. Be sure to let us know about that newly re-colored mount coming out for $30.


Edit: Same just happened when joining at Bleaker's. Great game @ZOS_MattFiror. Be proud.

I joined battlegrounds, and was in a group which could not win, at least one of the other groups was premade and half of our group I don't think had done pvp before and were lower level, and to make matters worse somebody in the group was abusing everybody else verbally and being a bad team member, and when they were told how rude they were being they left. I then joined another one, one of the other groups was definitely premade, the other had 0 kills, and the premade group was just waiting by the other groups spawn point farming them. I left battlegrounds after this and went to Cyrodiil where the lag was so bad I kept getting disconnected and having to queue again! I think I will use this quiet time to finish decorating my empty houses, I don't care about event tickets anyway, I don't want the Indrik. There is no fun in this event for me

PS4 NA: queue for Vivec is 204, went into Boethiah and only 1 blue screen in an hour, so it's about the usual

When I want to go to Vivec and there is a long queue I go to Shor then queue for Vivec. A couple of times I was taken to Vivec at inopportune times but for the most part that works.

Today I had some time to get in the game during the afternoon when I usually don't have the time. Didn't want to join a group though because I could get a call and have to leave at any time. Went in with a character I use for PvE and finished two towns quest lines. Because of the hard work of others I also got to collect on two scrolls returned and the keep I had to scout by pure blind idiot luck was under attacked (by my alliance) when I got there so I got over 7k alliance points for standing on a flag spamming light attacks at guards. Bonus the only enemy player I saw was blood porting so I got a kill.

I think I will let my PvP characters sit other than getting to tier three during most of the event and take my PvE characters in and goof off some each day. Vivec is home for a couple but no way I'm going there in prime time.

I got into one of the new campaigns, in 2 minutes I was in a group we took some castles , kill some enemies, I got about 4 quests done in 40 mins. Not bad.

Had the crashing issue with a few guildies, drop group when logging back in or have them remove you before you try. It worked on 3 out of 3 guys having the issue for us.

PC NA here. Took a non-pvp char into one of the event campaigns (Malacath I think) and had no tech probs. She got her double AP scroll, did the tutorial, then went out looking for trouble and managed to finish the session at Alliance Level 5.4. Oh, and that included a scouting mission for two event tix. Not a pvp'er at all but no Cyrodiil complaints here.

I did Vivec PC NA. Saturday/Sunday night lag level for the most part. Did have one moment with guildie that was fighting with me on top of an outer tower of a keep just float away. Real graceful like Mary Poppins. Said she landed half way to the next keep landing gently on the road. Wish I had recorded it as I have never seen anything like that before.

This is sh*t! The suggestion is to not play the fun campaign?! Get your * together if youre gonna have pvp events. This happens EVERY year. I'll go back to PVE, do the BG once a day for the tickets because I'm forced to participate that much for tickets and forget about pvp. I'm tired of wasting my afternoon on horseback simulator only to dc when near anything worth doing and get rid of the damn "Check your internet connection" crap. Youre not fooling anyone; it's not our internet connection! It's ALWAYS been the servers for pvp problems.

Avoided 200+ queue for Vivec and ran Shor instead; Queue 37
Had a blast helping my faction move into 1st and kept it until campaign ended
Suffered the usual hourly disconnect and 180 minute bluescreens

Other than that... campaign ran as smoothly as non-Event days.

I'm just curious, do you have any addons like Destinations, Harvest map, and Master Merchant enabled while you are in Cyrodiil? If you do, you might want to make sure you disable them before going to Cyrodiil or just disable in Cyrodiil (but before is better so you don't have to worry about getting a long load screen. When I forget I have those addons on and go into Cyrodiil, it doesn't take me long to realize they are active. I have horrible lag, I can't move, everything is in slow motion, and I get forever load screens. Once I turn them off and reload my UI, I'm good to go.

Basically, I turn off every addon that feel I don't absolutely need when I'm in Cyrodiil. I run mini map, papa crown, dressing room, loot drop, and sieged keeps. That's it.. all other addons are disabled in Cyrodiil. I don't know if that's what is happening with you or not, but I thought I'd mention it in case it would help.

After seeing 400+ queue for Vivec I simply went to Shor. #40, about 5-10 mins wait. A lot of action. Joined large pvp group and got some achievements with them (I participate in this event for the first time).

Then I switched to Malakath as a guest since I wanted as less people as possible in IC). No queue at all. Lots of people and action again in Cyro. I went to IC to successfully solo capture a couple districts and got the event achievement.
Returned to Cyro and joined PvP group again.

Only 15 boxes and 30 kills left till getting the title and the adornment.
I had quite fun time and can't complain really.

The only problem I noticed is a significant fps drop when two large groups try to fight each other in the keep. Otherwise everything seemed to be quite playable. No disconnects or load screens at all.

my experience so far.

avoided vivec like a plague, stack to newer campaigns to grab a scroll. mostly did battlegrounds. had some fun lagspikes in those. no disconnects though, thank goodness.

Did Sota Sill as usual, had to wait a bit as it was 150 in queue, all campains on PC-EU was pop locked but probably less queue on others, anyway needed to farm some skyshards on character anyway.
Not many players but think zerg leader wanted to capture keeps not fight large battles.
We went to an town and did some dailies.
Went back just now to get the second quest, found that the map was entirely blue so I went to Shor who was yellow and did some town dailes to get todays tickets. Will prefer to save up the border keep dailies if I can not play much so I can just jump in an deliver.

No issues at all outside a bit in the town who was peaceful but still got lots of lag so it was obvious server lag, guess it was an major battle somethere.

Huh. My goal this event is to avoid players and lag.

Yesterday, I went into an EU <50 Campaign during off hours on a DC character that does not normally PVP. That campaign was 1 bar DC/EP and 2 bars AD. It was just after midnight server time. This is the only character that will be doing this event.

I grabbed my scroll and first prize box, then decided to do a scouting mission to AD Black Boot. Rode my horse almost all of the way, around the various AD tourist sights. They were abandoned by AD, who were busy taking keeps half way across the map. I scouted Black Boot, and rode back. It took longer to get back, thanks to AD taking some of the DC keeps while I was doing this. I had to go all the way to the back on horse.

Max latency was 815ms. Average latency was 180ms (slightly high for me on EU). I saw about 30 players, all DC, and almost all of them standing around in the back area. It took me 56 minutes, login to logout, including 30 seconds to get into Cyrodiil. No disconnects. (Edit: this character had also never done the Welcome to Cyrodiil quest, so that 56 minutes included completing that so that I could access the daily quests)

My opinion is that this is how the event needs to be played. Off hours, stay away from the action.
