✭✭✭✭✭I have a dedicated char that runs just with the bucket and broom.
I have upgraded both to legendary enchants and apparently you can also transmute them, which is next on my list.
I only wish they were available in level 50, since they are level 1 items, if you use them on a CP160 char, the stats are very low.

LOL, I had trouble deciding which trait to transmute mine to because they could all be funny. Ended up with a Divines Bucket and Nirn broom.
