You need to link your ESO account to your twitch account. There should be an option in the twitch settings, or when the stream is live you'll see an option to do it underneath the stream.1 -

✭✭Im just hoping there id a significant fundamental change to the core game. If its more of the morrowind, summerset loop I will personally not br around for very long. Ive just gotten bored of the format personally. There is no agency to the open world and i can only gimp myself so much to give any of the threats there a semblance of meaning.
