I forgot my account security question

I want to change details but I can't remember the answer to my question no matter how many guesses I take. I can only find forgot username/password. Please help, I can't change anything on my account since its required and the option to change the question can't be done unless you know the answer to the old one.

If you are unable to answer your secret question, you should contact Customer Support by using this form and select the issue, "No longer have access / can't remember email on account." This will prompt you to provide all the information our support agents will need to assist you in getting your information updated.
