Can't connect to game servers?

A friend of mine just bought the ESO: Summerset Bundle on the PSN store. Got it downloaded but everytime she starts in charaxter creation at some point it disconnects her and says she either couldn't connect to game servers or has no valid internet connection. Shes restarted her system and router multiple times and shes hardwired but still no luck. Any ideas?
Playing on PS4 NA server and current characters are CP 750
