Make the Festival Beggar Emote into an actual Beggar mechanic

Whenever you activate the Festival Beggar Emote any nearby player that walks up to you is given a synergy. Activating this synergy gives the player 100g from your character's balance. You can only give to a player once per day to limit gross payments.

I honestly think this would be a fun little way for players, especially new ones to acquire a bit of chump change a different way. There are already players asking for gold in Zone chat, so why not give them a mechanic to do this. If the player spends enough time standing around Bal Foyen, Vulkhel, or Daggerfall, enough players walking by and activating the Synergy will get them the gold for that Sorrel Horse they keep asking for.

I really like this idea!! (though they added a horse to the level rewards).

I think this would teach bad habits to those players immature enough to try to abuse this. It's not hard to make a few 100 gold even as a new player.
