Looks like the event is returning sooner than expected (as we were told).

Yep, makes sense. If they do it in June and January there's some nice pacing there. It would be nice if they kicked it off pronto before universities and schools went back into session...

My first thought was it’s just an excuse to sell the midyear mayhem stuff twice a year. I’m so jaded.

I feel like they're using this as an excuse to give away more tickets for the indriks/berries. They don't have anything else until the Jesters festival in mid March so they need stuff to fill out the empty months/spaces so people can evolve their indriks. Might give people who don't pvp a reason to do so... and be reminded why they don't pvp. Because of the terrible performance and zergs/ganking.

Great news. I was just saying in GC the other day that double AP weekends would be good, but having two weeks of double AP is even better

Pushing out new events every few weeks like we have seen is doing the opposite of what ZoS is trying to accomplish and making me play less.
Also, two Mid Year events in same year make them a Bi-Yearly event, not a Mid Year. More of throwing Lore out the window...
I remember taking of work the day of a new event, but now they are not "special" and are just "blah"....

I think the Thieves Guild/Dark Brotherhood anniversary will have event tickets.

Are the servers going to be fixed though? Though I could use the AP, I really do not fancy blue screening every 20 minutes on PS4

Bit rough complaining about it starting after you go back to school or uni - we're only just completing the last event and some working people haven't had any holiday break at all.

I think they've had too many events lately.

Nope. Not going to mess with it. I'm sitting on 12 tickets after New Life (and got the Indrik first day of New Life), so first day of this event, I get the first berry then take it easy while y'all are beating your brains out in Cyrodiil.

I feel like they're dangling the opportunity to get fancy mounts in front of people to keep them playing, and events tend to draw people back into a game for a bit. If that's what they're doing, reeks of desperation.

Was that around this time? Could have sworn those were later. In any case, those could still be events for next month or whenever. That would fill the first quarter and part of the next with enough events for tickets and berries and whatever else. Midyear mayhem redux this month. Thieves guild/db next month. Jesters in March. Jubilee in April.
