Virulent shot (blackrose bow) DoT blockable/dodgable.

No screenshots, easily reproducible. The DoT from the blackrose bow (in my case perfect version) can be dodged and even blocked. In no way related to what happens with the main (scatter shot) activator. I can apply the full duration dot and only few ticks of it get blocked/dodged depending on what the target does. Quite big oversight IMO.
