Zos would be better served to make a furniture back for storing bound furniture a base game feature.

This is not like the crafting bag as Zos sells a lot of furnishings via the crown store. It does not make sense to curb possible sales because of our limited storage we already have.

So there is logic to this being base game unlike the crafting bag that is best suited for the ESO+ perks.

I’d settle for being able to decon furniture for materials to be honest.

That to :) u mean implent it like they do with archievement furniture right? accessible only through housing editor.
Im just tired of throwing out furniture because all my houses are full, furniture just lying on the ground with a feeling ill never get around to sort it anyways.

Any piece of furniture that is bound gets placed into the bag when it is not used in a home.

It would come up in the inventory like anything else the character can place in a home. However, bound furniture would not be moved to this "bag" unless the player chooses to make it bound.

It makes so much sense because there are players that do not sub that could have second thoughts about buying a furniture pack since they would have to store some items in their bank or somewhere else, or destroying it. It makes no business sense to be so limiting in this area.

I am on board with this 100%. Would be a great feature to add to ESO Plus in 2019, though I imagine it would take a fair bit of resources to create.

For ESO+ I would prefer they add the Armory to hold our bound gear. That would be a much better ESO+ perk than the furniture bag.

That entirely depends on the player and the things cluttering up your inventory. I absolutely believe you that your own inventory issues are coming mostly from gear, but mine are mostly coming from furniture. Without a real deep dive into the data neither of us can make a substantiated claim about which is a bigger problem for more people, though I suspect the biggest problem for most people is going to be "not having bought more inventory/bank space".

Though for what it's worth, I think an armory system would be a much bigger technical challenge than a furniture bag. How would you handle trait transmutation at that point, for example? At least with the furniture bag it's a 1:1 cognate with the craft bag, only involving way more assets. Unless my understanding of how an armory system works is different from what you're actually intending.

This would be a great perk that might get me to re-sub.

I currently own 8 or 9 "storage" houses, but finding an item between them all is a pain in the ass.

I would rather have the option to set house as store and sell used furniture.
