It's already been stated that their policy is not to revise existing art assets unless something is clearly in error. As such, the question of "should" is fairly irrelevant. It will not happen.
What *could* happen is a new chapter/DLC being released in skyrim with new models for the Dragur in those areas... for both males and females.

Uh, the current werewolf model is from when they updated the skill like after launch, and the one from launch is nothing like one of the early iterations, it's changed a lot.
As for the op, last time zone updated a style there was a lot of backlash over the change, at best they would as a new motif and then change the mobs to use that.
