PS4 EU Voice chat issue

PS4 EU has been having issues with voice chat all day, constantly stuck in a loop where it takes you in and then out of a chat channel, sometimes it will just delete the channel.

Put a ticket in this morning, but yet to have a reply from CS.

Anyone else having an issue still?

Yeah a few people have said that, I tried that and grouping up but it didn’t seem to help

Its been a console thing for yeara now, ps4 NA had it back when darkbrotherhood came out.
Reloadui works from time to time
Hard rebooting the game is the most constant fix but can happen again when changing characters.
Deleting saved data can also work from time to time.

There no real 'fix' and zos offers zero support on this

Yeah it usually works but this time it didn’t, and everyone was reporting it on EU not just the odd person. I’ve not been on today yet to see if it’s sorted out

Weird thing is that it only does this loop with character I have actually used voice chat,no other character suffers it.So yeah,I have had same annoying issue all day.

Had this today, and chat channel disappearing. I put a ticket in but ZOS support wasn't helpful, just telling me to delete the settings file and check my internet settings.

I had. I was in Cyro, someone wrote "Hey, what's happening with the vocal area chat", so I enter to check and a moment later I was inside the loop. Curiosity killed the cat, lol...

Nothing worked (changing zone, logout/login, closing ESO, restarting PS4...) until I went in PS4 menu to "Setting", "Application saved data management", "Saved data in online storage", then "Download to system storage". So the system copied the online saved data cache (of some hours before, when I wasn't in the chat area) to the physical storage on your ps4, and when I restarted ESO I was out of the chat.

Ps4 na also. This is getting to be one of the more annoying bugs, reload ui doesn't fix, closing app doesn't always fix.
