Hide my Vampier or have NPC's stay stuff about my ugly face!

I don't care to much because I like the speed of my vampire in stealth. But if I cant hide the fact I am a vampire! At least add in the dialog from NPC's so they can acknowledge my hideous form!
Like if I am running around town in the day shouldn't some notice that and say "what are you doing out in the light?" Or at night if some NPC sees me wouldn't they says "please don't eat me"!
I guess this could work for werewolves to NPC's would ask why you smell a like wet dog?
Could add a little to the immersion of being a vamp.
