PC EU Lags 999+ This Morning

ESO is simply unplayable for me this morning, ping is not improving from 999+.
Never faced such issue before, I have switched to network networks but issue remains same.
Anyone else facing issues Today with Ping?
PC NA seems working fine.

Sorry to hear about that - been playing PCEU since about 8-ish...all fine here.
