I know theres no proof there is an mmr. but ive experienced it. on my pve mag nb and healer i get que instantly and when i get in a game weather they are premade or not, these are players i have never encountered before. but when i que on my pvp stamplar and stamsorc its the same players and premades who are steam rolling players. not only that, but the que takes sooo long and im using arteum food (8.5k gold to buy one). This is bs. Why cant we just be put in a random match with ANYONE. The reason why they put mmr is to make the match fair but to be honest it makes it more unfair when youve been queing solo and then it feels like the game is punishing you for winning so they let you sit in a que for too long and be oput against in a premade team, i rather get steam rolled in an iunstant que than wait 20 minutes for a game just to get steamrolled

Pretty sure ZOS openly said they implemented an MMR system. And yes, if you play a lot of matches and queue during primetime you're going to wait a long time. Im not even sure if you have to do well in those matches. The best thing you can do is rotate between characters every is often. Idk how it works but your MMR seems to decline over time.

i stopped playing bg for a long time on my stamplar and when i finally qued it took for ever and still put me up against premades.... i think to bring down your mmr you have to lose a lot of matches repeatedly

I queued for 3 matches today on a character that has never done BGs. Got put up against premade groups each time. It may have had nothing to do with your MMR going down.

i got put in a premade too on my pve magnb with low mmr but that pre made sucks. like i said it dont matter if its premade or not. it depends on how high their mmr is

I don't even know why mmr is a thing in a non competitive game mode, or game for that matter.

That's just a nuance of the forums. It doesn't matter what you complain about, there will be at least one person that denies that your complain is valid and tells you that you suck.

I will give you some examples. [Illustrative Dramatization]

Forum Post: "Wow the lag in PvP is bad, I'm getting 15 frames in big battles."
Classic ESO forum post response: "Get good. You just suck, I always get 100+ frames."

Idk why this happens but "Deny; You suck" is a force to be reckoned with on these forums.

Yea forum is not very friendly place, most of players just criticized without understanding issue.

The MMR system needs work, but sorting players into some sort of ranking helps prevent the equivalent of a Little League team going up against the Yankees.

    There is an MMR system.

Not sure what idiot said that. You deal with the same thing many of us do, you are not alone.

Go post / read on the battleground board. Most people that play BGs will be there, not lurking in general.

So you want those premades instead of steamroling hardcore players who know how to fight and can make own premade team, tottaly crash fresh recruits before they even jump down to fight from their base walls, just because you waiting too long and your food run out?

Your MMR does not decline. It only goes up. I’ve tested this on 3 PvP characters. I’ve reached the top bracket and face the exact same people every match while waiting 15 minutes for a que. Quit playing for 2 weeks, went back and still have 15 minute ques with the same players. This system is trash and zos needs to get some brain cells and fix t

Yeah, it’s getting really frustrating. I’ve rolled up some alts just to play against some different people for a change (and dealing with the frustration of levelling them to 50).

I’m so tired of fighting the same predictable soloers and pre-mades on my main. I shouldn’t have to subject myself to dolmen/nMA grinding just to introduce a little variety into BGs.
