Fighters Guild skills and passives in werewolf form?

Does Fighters Guild passives and skill buffs work in werewolf form? I don't seem to get the weapon critical increase from Major Savagery with Expert Hunter slotted and the 12% damage bonus I get from the Slayer passive doesn't seem to apply in werewolf form when I slot 4 Fighthers Guild skills... Oh well.
