is silver dawn motif dropping from dungeon/available in guild stores yet?

There is a thread in the dev tracker that would give you the desired info.

The drops are bugged but it is dropping. Zos will fix the drops on Monday but that could make it better or worse.

As for finding them in the guild stores, that depends on if people are selling them or not.

Edit: the bug is the drop is not guaranteed in HM as it should be.

I've done the dungeon twice on vet and got a page both times. They starting dropping at 10am ET on the 5th. The drop is bugged because it is supposed to be a guaranteed drop on vet hard mode but it currently isn't. They're supposed to fix that on Monday. It is still dropping though and I've seen plenty in guild traders (at like 200k each mind you).

Pages are dropping. It's just not guaranteed on HM like it's supposed to be.
There are plenty of pages up in guild vendors atm.
